Positive: The small home was comfortable, well stocked, and "cute as a button." Our host was responsive and friendly. He lives in another home on the property, so we had privacy, but if we needed anything, he was seconds away. The location was perfect! It is close to downtown but quietly residential and small town. (Pat's Cafe is less than a block away and has daily fresh-made cheese cake. If you're lucky enough, you might find the black forest.)
Negative: The only access to the patio is either by walking around the house or through one of the bedrooms. That said, the front porch has a great sitting area with comfy couches and beautiful landscaping. We're front porch people, so it was great for our needs.
